Delivery
PhoneHub delivers across Lebanon. Order online at phonehublb.com or on WhatsApp at +961 71 555 017, and contact us on WhatsApp anytime to track your delivery.
Orders placed before 6pm are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery to Beirut and Mount Lebanon takes 1-2 business days. All other regions take 2-3 business days.
Store pickup is available free of charge at PhoneHub, Beirut, Hadath, Main Road, Santa Maria Plaza, Near Hawilo, Lebanon. Open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Payment
You can pay online at checkout by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or Whish Money, or pay cash on delivery anywhere in Lebanon. Orders paid online are delivered as prepaid, so the courier will not collect any payment.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds as a general policy. The only exception is defective or damaged items.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +961 71 555 017 with your order number and photos of the item. We will assess the issue and, if the defect is confirmed, offer an exchange for the same item. No refunds are issued for defective items - exchanges only.
A refund will be issued solely in the case where the item is out of stock and no suitable exchange can be offered. In that case only, the full amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days, to the same method you paid with: card payments are refunded to the same card (your bank may take a few extra business days to show it), Whish payments to your Whish account, and cash on delivery orders in cash at our Hadath store or by Whish transfer.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances: screen protectors and earbuds once opened from original packaging, items missing original packaging, and items damaged due to customer misuse.
