At PhoneHub Lebanon, we pride ourselves on providing fast and reliable delivery of phone accessories across the country. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery times, costs, and process so you know exactly what to expect when you shop with us.




1. Delivery Areas



We deliver all over Lebanon, including:


  • Beirut & Greater Beirut

  • Mount Lebanon

  • South Lebanon

  • North Lebanon

  • Bekaa and other areas





2. Delivery Charges

 

  • All Lebanese areas: $4

  • Free delivery may be offered on special promotions, bulk orders, or as compensation for mistakes on our side.





3. Delivery Times



  • Beirut & nearby areas: within 48 hours

  • Other Lebanese regions: 2–4 business days

  • Delivery may take longer during holidays, strikes, or unexpected courier delays.





4. Order Processing



  • Orders placed before 2 PM are usually processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS once the order is dispatched.





5. Shipping Method



We use trusted third-party couriers in Lebanon to ensure safe and timely delivery of your phone cases, chargers, screen protectors, and other accessories.




6. Payment Methods


You can pay for your order in any of the following ways:
• Credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, paid securely online at checkout.
• Whish Money: pay online at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery: pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, anywhere in Lebanon. Please prepare the exact amount.

Orders paid online are delivered as prepaid, and the courier will not collect any payment.




7. Failed Delivery Attempts



If a delivery attempt fails because the customer was unavailable or provided incorrect details:


  • The courier will contact you to reschedule.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated failed attempts.





8. Order Tracking



Customers may contact us via WhatsApp for updates on their order status. Tracking numbers may be provided depending on the courier service used.




9. International Shipping



Currently, PhoneHub Lebanon does not ship internationally. We only serve customers within Lebanon.
