1. Delivery Areas

 


We deliver all over Lebanon, including:

 

  • Beirut & Greater Beirut

  • Mount Lebanon

  • South Lebanon

  • North Lebanon

  • Bekaa and other areas

 

 

 

 

2. Delivery Charges

 

 

  • Beirut & surrounding areas: $3

  • Other Lebanese areas: $4

  • Free delivery may be offered on special promotions, bulk orders, or as compensation for mistakes on our side.

 

 

 

 

3. Delivery Times

 

 

  • Beirut & nearby areas: within 48 hours

  • Other Lebanese regions: 2–4 business days

  • Delivery may take longer during holidays, strikes, or unexpected courier delays.

 

 

 

 

4. Order Processing

 

 

  • Orders placed before 2 PM are usually processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS once the order is dispatched.

 

 

 

 

5. Shipping Method

 


We use trusted third-party couriers in Lebanon to ensure safe and timely delivery of your phone cases, chargers, screen protectors, and other accessories.

 

 

 

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

 

  • All orders are shipped with Cash on Delivery as the default payment method.

  • Please prepare the exact amount upon delivery.

 

 

 

 

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

 


If a delivery attempt fails because the customer was unavailable or provided incorrect details:

 

  • The courier will contact you to reschedule.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated failed attempts.

 

 

 

 

8. Order Tracking

 


Customers may contact us via WhatsApp for updates on their order status. Tracking numbers may be provided depending on the courier service used.

 

 

 

9. International Shipping

 


Currently, PhoneHub Lebanon does not ship internationally. We only serve customers within Lebanon.
